Shipping
Each pen is shipped in a black card presentation box. if your order is being sent as a gift and being sent direct to the recipient, please let us know via email.
UK
Orders from within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this includes tracking and insurance. Normally takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Europe
As from 13th December 2024 new EU General Product Safety Regulations have been introduced which now make it unviable to market our product within any EU Country.
USA
Shipping to the USA is done via Royal Mail International Signed and tracked service. Usually takes between 5 and 12 working days. This service includes insurance, and full tracking for peace of mind. Your order will require a signature on delivery.

Returns & Warranty
Returns
We expect that you will very happy with your new pen! However if you decide that you and your new pen are not getting along, you can return the pen to us within 14days of receipt of receipt, for a refund of the pen cost or to exchange for a different model. Please contact us if you have any issue with your order.
Personalised or custom orders can not always be returned. This depends on the level of customisation on the pen.
Warranty
All pens are covered under a 12 month limited warranty. This covers the pen for defects in material or craftsmanship that develop within 12 months from the date you receive the pen. It does not cover the pen for damage or exceptional wear due to miss use, or accidental damage from dropping your pen. With proper care, as all fountain pens deserve, we are confident that your pen will last for generations to come.
Even if you do accidentally damage your pen, dont worry. We can repair almost any issue. Our pens will always receive favourable prices for repair should they have suffered an injury!
